God Is for You!

Are you for God? If you are for Him, He is for you! Speak the words of this text as your own words, “For the Lord GOD will help Me; therefore I will not be disgraced; therefore I have set My face like a flint, and I know that I will not be ashamed” (Isaiah 50.7).

Those are powerful words! Then the Bible goes on to say this, “He is near who justifies me; who will contend with me? Let us stand together. Who is my adversary? Let him come near me. Surely the Lord GOD will help me; who is he who will condemn me? Indeed they will all grow old like a garment; the moth will eat them up” (Isaiah 50.8–9).

Paul used the same language for us in Romans 8.31–34. Read both passages and feel powerful! DR

Good News of Conversions Spreads

Other places heard of the conversions of the Thessalonians, “For from you the word of the Lord has sounded forth, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place. Your faith toward God has gone out, so that we do not need to say anything” (1 Thessalonians 1.8).

Let us spread the good news that someone has turned to Christ! DR
