‘The Hiding Place’, a book about the true story of Corrie Ten Boom and her sister while they were prisoners in a concentration camp during WWII and how they had managed to smuggle in a bible. The sleeping quarters for the prisoners were infested with bedbugs and Corrie would moan about them to her sister. Her sister, instead, said that they should be thankful for the bedbugs because the guards, being afraid of them, steered clear of the area, thus giving Corrie Ten Boom a perfect opportunity to teach the other prisoners about God and to give them encouragement. So ‘God bless the bedbugs!’
Also, what about teaching the class to ask the Holy Spirit to be the teacher when it comes to correctly understanding the Bible’s teaching and not depending on man alone for man, w/o His help, tends to teach error. As I understand it, He, along with the Bible, is the Counselor that God promised to send us.
